Classes

Group Training

We also offer a range of daily and weekly group sessions for clients of all skill levels that allow you to get fit.

In each group session, we strive to create a friendly, supportive environment that lets you have fun while working toward your fitness goals.

Our group classes are open to anyone above the age of 18 and cater to all levels of skill and fitness. We offer a wide range of group sessions covering a variety of exercises and focusing on a range of specific strength and fitness exercises. Our dedicated team will also work with you throughout the sessions to make sure your training correctly and teach you the correct techniques to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Kids Classes

Our kids' fitness classes provide the perfect opportunity for kids to get active, build confidence, and learn new skills with their friends in a fun environment.

These sessions are designed to excite your kids about physical fitness, and teach them the basic mechanics of functional movements such as running, jumping, throwing, swinging, and more.

Your kids will also learn how fun and inclusive fitness can be and will be prepared for any sporting endeavours they pursue in the future. We offer these classes in two separate, age-appropriate sessions for kids aged 6 to 10, and 11 to 16.
